Marco who works at the village in meridian Ulta was so incredibly helpful! I had to place an online order and he was so understanding! Definitely deserves a raise.
I'm so thankful for Marco! I didn't ask for help, but it was obvious I needed it. We got me $427 worth of "making me feel good about myself" again. I needed all new products for mature skin- I must admit I have a hard time in my 40's letting young employees "try" to help me, but I left at closing THRILLED!! THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING GREAT STAFF!!
Usually enjoy Ulta, have been a card and reward member for a while. However this location is always the worst in terms of workers, cleanliness, and just overall experience. Feels run down for being by the village. Had a pickup today that said 2 hr pickup so went in after 2 hrs & mind you it was one item. Have a new baby so everything is in short timeframes so thought pick up would be nice. Came in and it wasn’t ready, which no big deal. But the worker was so rude and weird about it.
