Why do you have to input a phone number to do a return? I make a purchase, pay with my money, and it's somehow not returnable because I dont grant them my personal information. This store is a scam. Sephoras better anyways!
A receipt is all the information a store should need to make a return. Why should I enter my phone number when I'm making a purchase for my daughter. Ridiculous! I will never shop Ulta again.
Booked a brow appointment online last night. Only to find out they actually don’t have anyone there to do eyebrow waxing today and their online appointment system is down. Got a phone call right as i parked in front of the store that they can’t help me and wanted to rebook. Wasted my time and gas driving here. Wish they called sooner and or fixed their online system
The review is for the salon not the store. TWICE they cancelled my hair appointment at very short notice for the same stylist. The first time the stylist called out sick and the second time she was just too busy. That’s what I get for not going to a real salon.
