I've been a longtime card holder at Ulta so I have frequented multiple locations throughout Idaho and Oregon. This location consistently makes me feel awful every time I visit since the staff in general are unfriendly and act superior. The product options in this location are extensive, but I won't tolerate associates looking down on customers. It's worth my time to avoid this location. Quite a number of people at the store on the day I visited. Long line for check out but it was moving fast. Employees were helpful to help me search for what I wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock.

I went to buy some products but I didn’t know the store closes at 8:00 pm. As soon as I got in, a lady yelled welcome to Ulta, we close in 10 minutes. I walked around in a rush and I found one of the products I was looking for, then I was looking for another product around the store, and none was there. I visited this salon on Feduary 5, 2025. I had wanted full head summer blond highlights. After the toner and procedure my hair was darker than I expected. I had wanted cooler shades of blonde. But still pretty. The stylists were social and could have been more professional.

jade did my eyebrows the complete opposite of the way i asked they have never looked worse. i asked for pin thin with no arch and she did them extremely thick with the biggest arch i’ve ever seen. she made my brows look exactly like hers it seems like she only knows how to do that style and nothing else. i even told her after she drew out the shape that it was the opposite of what i wanted and she slightly adjusted the drawing and then proceeded to start waxing me without showing me. i only saw her because my regular girl wa... read more
