I initially had a negative experience due to a wrong pickup order, but after speaking with Nicole, the General Manager, she addressed the issue and ensured it would be fixed in the future. While setbacks happen, she went above and beyond to apologize and resolve the problem. I hope my feedback helps improve the pickup experience for others. Thanks, Nicole! You’re fantastic!

This is the worst Ulta store I've ever been to, and I travel the country continuously. Someone bought me a gift here, and it was defective. I tried to do a simple exchange. I was met with several reps that had no idea what they were doing. One rep approved an exchange, then another walked up to me and told me no, then a minute later another rep told me the item couldn't be exchanged because it had been used. Katelynn is an angel sent straight from heaven! She was so kind and patient with me, and despite how picky I am she was still able to help me find the perfect products to cover the scar on my face! Great teamwork from all the team members at this store! Thank you Katelynn and everyone!
