Everytime I come to this ulta location, there are issues with not only the customer service but the experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this location to a single individual, go to the royal oak location which is far more pleasant and professional. Update: When I was in this Ulta, I was told straight up and down that I couldn’t use a gift card because I didn’t have the pin. I knew that was a lie because it could’ve been ran as credit, but they made me get on the gift card’s website to do all these steps/registration that... read more

If you're in search of excellent customer service...then this is the place! The lovely Gabby (pictured) is the epitome of patience mixed with a double dose of sweetness . She took the necessary time to find, and apply the appropriate beauty regimen. Hands down..Thumbs up!!!
