All of the managers and associates are wonderful . Unfortunately that wasn’t my experience with the styling dept and the manager on call . One stylist told me to trust her and not to look in the mirror for a blow out. She flat ironed my whole head after roughly drying my curly thick hair . It was very painful . I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty thanks to CeCe! I shop at several Ulta locations, but CeCe at the Turnersville, New Jersey store provides the best customer service I’ve received. A few months ago, my best friend and I chased a lady out of Ulta because her hair was bouncing 😂 Turns out her daughter is Olivia Thomas, Master Stylist in Turnersville, NJ. Today I tried her out because I wanted to test the Beyoncé Cecred line before investing in products and WOW. You can try the line during your wash service and see how your hair responds first. Worst salon experience I’ve had. Jhonny charged me for a partial highlight, only highlighted the top chunks of my hair; it looked horrible. The color was uneven, brassy, and nothing like the inspo photo I showed. My hair was also cut unevenly and shorter than requested. On top of that I left feeling so uncomfortable because Jhonny and her co worker were laughing as I was leaving with the horrible work done on my hair. Very disgusted with both her work and professionalism.
Cut all my hair off and left me looking like someone’s grandma. I am truly disappointed.
