Was promised free hair services by a Jr stylist that worked here, after a week of planning, I was told about an hour before our original appointment time that not only would she not be doing my hair but that she wouldn't reschedule me unless I paid full price or at a rate if she came to my home. I tried calling Ulta to explain that I didn't have money to put towards my hair, hence why I took to the ad so quickly. I am going to start by saying that I strongly dislike this location. I have been an Ulta customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars with the company. In fact, I love Ulta. What I do not love is the experience I consistently have at this particular store. The customer service here has been, quite frankly, some of the worst I have experienced. All of the managers and associates are wonderful . Unfortunately that wasn’t my experience with the styling dept and the manager on call . One stylist told me to trust her and not to look in the mirror for a blow out. She flat ironed my whole head after roughly drying my curly thick hair . It was very painful .
