I have been going to this Ulta for years, it’s always been pleasant. But this week, one of the girls (Danni/Dani) was so incredibly helpful I actually want to leave a review. From the start, Danni was gentle and willing to help. I had various product questions (for hair/skin/makeup/fragrance). She was kind and instantly put me at ease with her warm demeanor. Always enjoyed stopping by at this location. Samantha at the register was rude today, pushing to leave my phone number when I clearly stated that I was not interested in that. The vibe of the store has changed. Before the employees were nice, smiling, welcoming.
One of the best experience I had. I walked in the store not sure how to color match a brow pencil. Paige was WONDERFUL so pleasant and knowledgeable, she took her time even tested it on me. When I left the store I was very happy. I will recommend anyone to go see Paige in the Turnersville store. Thanks again Paige
