Truly upset. The customer service at this location has dramatically went down. I walked in and the Caucasian lady I held the door for behind me was greeted and welcomed to the store. They immediately asked her if she needed help. Little do they know I'm a makeup artist with an ulta credit card. No one approached me to ask if I needed any help. I want to highlight an experience I had at Ulta yesterday with Marisol, the Clinique beauty consultant. I have bought products for untold years from Ulta. Yesterday, though, I had the pleasure of meeting Marisol and she was fantastic. I showed her pictures of my daughters and she picked out great products for us. I have my own beauty consultant and I couldn’t be happier.
Jackie was nice . Up-sold me but gave me a gift. Not happy that the discounts didnt stack. I had been a diamond member for years until the pandemic.
