I had a great experience at Ulta Beauty. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a really nice atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of Korean skincare and cosmetics, which made my visit even better. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made shopping easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!
will never shop at this location again. I don’t live anywhere near Northbrook, but I decided to place an online order for in-store pickup because this was one of the only locations that still had the last discontinued lip liner I had been looking for. While I was at work, I checked my email and was shocked to see a message from Ulta thanking me for picking up my order.
