I ordered something online to pick up in store. I ordered it during the 21 days of beauty. I came in a day before the deadline to pick up and this location is 30 minutes away from my house . I got here and I only had a digital copy of my license . They didn’t let me pick it up . The worker told me I needed to have my physical card with me . I came to pick up an online order and the blonde girl at the front wasn’t the most friendliest or approachable.
I bought a tester by mistake so i came back to return it. No big deal my fault for not checking the lable. But the fact they have testers where the sealed make up are placed is insane. I know people be picking up stuff and putting it where it doesnt belong but its no excuse why an ulta employee shouldnt be checking the isles and make sure everything is put back where its supposed to be and to disinfect testers.
