I’ve shopped at this Ulta location multiple times, but during my visit on 5/10/26. I completed my transaction at 4:33PM so I would’ve been at the register about 4-5 minutes before that. I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier who checked me out. I do not know her name, but she was an African American woman, and another employee was working at the register beside her. I've been trying to call this location to book a hair and makeup appointment. It took 4 tries on 7 different days to reach a person. Finally, when I reched someone, they said that I was calling too far ahead (5 months). She said that I could book my hair but the makeup was still uncertain since they didn't have anyone to do make-up. She said to call back 3 weeks before the date I would need services to see if they hired a make-up artist. Tried calling them April 28, April 30 and May 4 - No Answer (Shocking)..... Different atmosphere than before as far as the employees. Needs some improvement. Hair salon is good depending on the stylist.

I had a good experience and was recommended a product that is working very well for my skin. I highly recommend Deep Vita C to fade dark spots before going the foundation route to try and hide them.

I went to the Ulta in Clark today and had the most frustrating experience. I bought some stuff in-store that was on sale, but I wanted to try this Medicube niacinamide jelly cream that was only on sale online. Since they had a bunch in stock, I placed a pickup order while I was literally still in the store. I even showed one of the employees at the register and asked if they could speed it up since I was already there, but she said it would take a while because of the Spring Sale, which I understood.
