Employee (possible manager) in her 50s-60s is just not very nice. Gave me dirty looks and rolled her eyes when I greeted her with a smile. I was doing a return and she had no communication. Zero customer service skills. I’ve experienced this at this location before it’s like they think they are better than everyone. Just not a good environment.

Called for a haircut and the girl told me I could come “now” I said I could be there in 15-20 minutes and she made the appointment 15 minutes from when we were talking but told me not to worry because she’d extend the time because she knew we were still talking. By the time our call ended I had 10 minutes to get to the appointment.
