Called for a haircut and the girl told me I could come “now” I said I could be there in 15-20 minutes and she made the appointment 15 minutes from when we were talking but told me not to worry because she’d extend the time because she knew we were still talking. By the time our call ended I had 10 minutes to get to the appointment. Very mean worker at this location, in her 50s-60s is my guess possibly the manager is just not very nice. I think she thinks very highly of herself and looks down on people. All I was doing was a return and she had no communication just stared with disgust. Zero customer service skills. I’ve experienced this at this location before it’s like they think they are better than everyone or that they own Ulta itself. After this second experience with this same employee I’d rather drive anywhere else then go to this location
