Amazing experience here today. Went in looking for something specific but needed recommendations on the brand. Eunice was the sweetest and most helpful ever, found me the perfect product that worked perfectly with my budget.
Had a great experience at Ulta, Dekalb! I was excited to be visiting from the U.K. as we don’t have these stores here, now I understand what all the fuss is about! Great products but the customer service was even better! Wish we’d get as good service in the U.K.! I spent ages looking around and purchased a lot of products unavailable to me back home. Special mention to Tessa who helped me with finding the perfect perfume - she was right with her recommendation, it’s my new favourite scent! Thank you ❤️
