Lorna C! Horrible customer service….. rude and unprofessional!! That behavior is unacceptable and she should no longer be employed…..Do Better Ulta!!!
Ms. Lorna needs to be trained and reprimanded for humiliating people of color with textured hair she claims to know how to handle and style. She is giving Ulta a bad rep.
I had the most horrible experience at Ulta Fairfield with Lorna C. Her profile says “elite stylist” but I’m unsure how she got that title being that the only hair she can service is someone with straight hair. Her profile also says that she services “curls, coils and waves” this is obviously not the case. Today April 26 I had an appointment for my 12 year old daughter, Rosalyn for a twist out style. Horrid customer service…it took three people because their system sent two different codes. One with an attitude like if it’s my fault they can’t think and use common sense or protocol.
