I usually ask for Saima, but I took a chance today with someone else (Alissa). I’m pretty sure I had a bad experience with this stylist before but I can’t remember if it was her, but today reaffirmed my belief that only Saima can trim my bangs. I showed a picture of my bangs from the last time I *loved* the cut. I explained exactly what I liked about it and what I didn’t want. ⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BOOK A SERVICE HERE!!! Extremely disappointed with Ulta Beauty in Montvale. I had a makeup appointment booked well in advance for my prom, and they canceled the same day, just hours before the event. To make things worse, instead of offering any real solution, they simply gave me “ideas” of where else I could try to go — as if finding another makeup artist last minute for prom day is easy.
