I had a makeup appointment booked well in advance for my prom, and they canceled the same day, just hours before the event. To make things worse, instead of offering any real solution, they simply gave me “ideas” of where else I could try to go — as if finding another makeup artist last minute for prom day is easy. Tom gave me a new and fabulous hairstyle today. He cut over 7 inches of hair and made me look 5 years younger. He really has an amazing talent. Highly recommend
I have been shopping at Ulta for a couple years now and have never had much of a problem. Recently, I tried using their salon in order to book a hair appointment for my senior prom. Nothing crazy, just a simple wash and blowout. I called and made the appointment on MARCH 12th for my prom on JUNE 5th. 3 days before my prom, they text me saying my appointment has been canceled and leave me a voicemail saying the stylist I had booked was no longer with them and if I wanted to reschedule for another day with a different stylist ... read more
