This Ulta is one of my go to places for make up and skin care. The prices can be a bit much, but I understand that that’s the company and I’m not the store itself. The people that work there are incredibly friendly and know a lot about the products and where things are located in the store, and the security guard is also very kind and enjoys chatting. Everything is well stocked, and there’s several areas of clearance, which I appreciate.
I would like to recognize Eden in the Cosmetics department for consistently providing an exceptional customer experience. Eden at this Ulta in Montvale was a (vanity) lifesaver - I had a nasty black eye and cut above my brow days before a wedding and she showed me how to cover it all and do some fabulous makeup with expertly matched Clinique products. She was so kind and helpful, Ulta is lucky to have her!
They took me for a hair cut at the last minute and I couldn't be more pleased! Saima did my hair. She was very knowledgeable, and I love the way she styled it. I will go back again. You should too!
I have zero experience with beauty supply stores, but I wanted to share the amazing experience my partner and I had with Eden today. Eden’s compassion for my partner went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful and educational, especially since my partner is new to the world of makeup and beauty products.
