I have zero experience with beauty supply stores, but I wanted to share the amazing experience my partner and I had with Eden today. Eden’s compassion for my partner went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful and educational, especially since my partner is new to the world of makeup and beauty products. Alissa at the salon is the absolute best!! I had been looking for a salon forever and figured I shop enough at Ulta and might as well try. I had a terrible experience at Paramus at one point but today was my third time going to Alissa and each and every time she does an absolutely fantastic job. Before I make my point: yes - people of color, can racially profile other people of color. I was in this store recently and the security guard (black man), followed me. I purposely followed him just for him to realize I saw what he was doing. I was highly uncomfortable. Thank you for reminding me why I mostly shop at Sephora and also mostly online. Highly uncomfortable. Please talk to him to calm down his racial profiling.

I did my hair yesterday with Saima. She did a wonderful job with my hair, color, highlight and express keratin. I highly recommend this location and highly recommend Saima. She is talented and skilled stylist.
