Very disappointed with the customer service. I called on 7/15/26 to book a salon appointment, and the representative who answered (she had a heavy accent) told me the salon does not schedule appointments after 4 PM, even though the store is open until 9 PM. After I hung up, I checked the website and saw appointment times available after 4 PM. Getting conflicting information is frustrating and wastes customers’ time.
