I went in for a basic blowout and had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. As a service provider myself, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic salon etiquette. Jordan was the first person I saw at check-in. Thank you Genet!! I booked my appointment with Genet because I heard of her through word of mouth and was wanting to get my hair lightened. I booked with her to do a full head of highlights and from the get go knew it was going to be a pleasant experience by the way she greeted me and walked me through the process of what we were going to do. She took her time, answered all my questions and added even more volume to my hair by adding some layers! Overall 10/10, ladies, she knows what she’s doing just trust the process !!

I love this Ulta location. Ariel is amazing, very knowledgeable and matched my skin perfectly with a foundation that is like silk! She even helped me find a blush that would compliment my skin and give me the look I was going for. Thank you for the time and attention put into my visit!
