this store needs customer service big time was in the store 20 mins not one person asked me for help. left went to sephora and got the best service! wont be back at least to the wylie store
I normally don’t write reviews, but today I felt really uncomfortable and disappointed with the way I was treated at this location. I shop here often and spend good money every few months on my favorite perfume (Givenchy Very Irresistible, Floral Collection). When I asked for it today, the employee, Gabriela (listed as the general manager), seemed annoyed to help me. I received a great result from Genet. But this is the second time she added a service on there that I did not ask for. There’s a thin line between being concerned about the health of my hair and wanting to add more services to make a better check. Especially when both times I told her “let’s hold off on that until next time”, but this time I don’t think there will be next time after charging me $45 for a service I did not ask for and told her I did not want. Please listen to your customers.
