I received a great result from Genet. But this is the second time she added a service on there that I did not ask for. There’s a thin line between being concerned about the health of my hair and wanting to add more services to make a better check. Especially when both times I told her “let’s hold off on that until next time”, but this time I don’t think there will be next time after charging me $45 for a service I did not ask for and told her I did not want. Please listen to your customers.
