I hardly ever write bad reviews but this store has terrible customer service it’s really annoying this is not the first time I’ve been to this location and every time I had not once been greeted
Not a well managed store. Broken cosmetics on the floor, no one to help me. It seemed more like a Target store after a busy holiday.

If i can put zero stars i would. I booked an appointment for 1st of jan with a hair stylist for 6:15 pm. I was called at 5:56 to let me know that they close at 6 for holiday timings. I am sure whoever was gonna do my hair got a calendar for the day and could call earlier to cancel or reschedule. It was very inconvenient and very unprofessional. They don’t value costumer’s time.
