I go to ulta once every few months for a restock and everyone is friendly and store is clean as always. my cashier Ariel was super helpful and I screwed up the birthday freebie and she was still able to help me out when I was holding up the line. great service and can’t wait to go back when I need my next product refill! will look forward to eventually trying makeup or hair trials here at the salon portion of the store.

Terrible experience today with Ulta salon (like the store though). I booked an appointment with the best stylist there for a haircut.I got there today and this stylist pretty much told me there was nothing she could do for me, even though my hairline looks like crap and needed trim. I have never had this happen at a salon before. Oh well, bye to her 50 tip, I would have given.
