gave me the wrong cologne. So dumb that they hold your cologne until checkout, employees should know what colognes they are supposed to be getting.
Avery does the best job! Very friendly, helpful, skillful, and attentive. Great experience, will definitely recommend her.
I go to ulta once every few months for a restock and everyone is friendly and store is clean as always. my cashier Ariel was super helpful and I screwed up the birthday freebie and she was still able to help me out when I was holding up the line. great service and can’t wait to go back when I need my next product refill! will look forward to eventually trying makeup or hair trials here at the salon portion of the store.
