I got charged for a curly haircut when I booked a normal haircut .. and didn’t get styled. The cashier explained that sometimes they just charge more for haircuts… Complete lack of transparency. I also left the salon with my hair looking like this after paying $150…. So disappointing!!!
Had a great experience with Alaya who helped match me to her recommendation, the bare minerals stick. I was apprehensive at first but it is the exact shade for my pale skin. She is amazing, friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back in the future.
Horrible experience in the Salon. I made my appointment at 1:15 on a Saturday. I called the store the day I made my appointment to verify my time and price for the services. The person on the phone confirmed everything was good to go. When my appointment came. My friend took me there, who used to work there.... and thank goodness cause nobody asked if we needed help.... and the cashier would not take no for answer on the credit card. Yes I could save almost 40, no I do no care, please for the love, take no for an answer and move the beep on! It's frustrating but she just kept it up... my friend then had to pay and same thing. NO MEANS NO. NO does not mean continue pushing the issue! Please work on this with your cashiers..... this was my first time in and probably my only time.
I Went in with my sisters and they were extremely rude and following us around the store and at one point they all surrounded us and we weren’t doing anything wrong, wouldn't recommend this location unless you wanna be harassed
