My friend took me there, who used to work there.... and thank goodness cause nobody asked if we needed help.... and the cashier would not take no for answer on the credit card. Yes I could save almost 40, no I do no care, please for the love, take no for an answer and move the beep on! It's frustrating but she just kept it up... my friend then had to pay and same thing. NO MEANS NO. NO does not mean continue pushing the issue! Please work on this with your cashiers..... this was my first time in and probably my only time.
I Went in with my sisters and they were extremely rude and following us around the store and at one point they all surrounded us and we weren’t doing anything wrong, wouldn't recommend this location unless you wanna be harassed
I went into ulta today to spend all my points i’ve spent the last year saving up. the store manager melinda helped me find and pick out the correct shark blow dryer i’ve been wanting. she sat with us for about ten minutes explaining how the dryer will work and the best ways for me to personally get use out of it, and also picked me out a good brush. melinda taking those ten minutes to explain the dryer made the biggest difference in my shopping trip. I asked two girls who were seemingly younger to help me find a matte foundation since I compete in pageants and need good stage and event makeup. I also needed help with a shade match since I have medium skin and green undertones (everything has red undertones, so I wanted one that wouldn’t look bad) they just lead me straight to the section and were making comments about how I am not trendy.
