This past Saturday afternoon I went to this location to return some items for a couple different transactions. Normally, everyone that works there is very helpful and nice. Unfortunately, this was the second time that I have been helped by a specific lady at the cashier who always makes me feel very uncomfortable for doing a return. Melinda the manager just helped me with a tricky return/exchange where the lid of my product malfunctioned. She was the absolute sweetest and I am SO grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and clear explanation of our options. I also asked the staff if I could speak with a manager and they found her ASAP for me. I felt very respected and looked after. This is my new favorite Ulta!!!

This was the worst and most damaging blow out I have ever gotten in my life. If you have any sort of textured hair do not go to the salon. The stylist kept apologizing but still charged me the full amount and even asked if I wanted to leave a tip. This was traumatizing.
I got charged for a curly haircut when I booked a normal haircut .. and didn’t get styled. The cashier explained that sometimes they just charge more for haircuts… Complete lack of transparency. I also left the salon with my hair looking like this after paying $150…. So disappointing!!!
