Horrible experience in the Salon. I made my appointment at 1:15 on a Saturday. I called the store the day I made my appointment to verify my time and price for the services. The person on the phone confirmed everything was good to go. When my appointment came. My friend took me there, who used to work there.... and thank goodness cause nobody asked if we needed help.... and the cashier would not take no for answer on the credit card. Yes I could save almost 40, no I do no care, please for the love, take no for an answer and move the beep on! It's frustrating but she just kept it up... my friend then had to pay and same thing. NO MEANS NO. NO does not mean continue pushing the issue! Please work on this with your cashiers..... this was my first time in and probably my only time.
I Went in with my sisters and they were extremely rude and following us around the store and at one point they all surrounded us and we weren’t doing anything wrong, wouldn't recommend this location unless you wanna be harassed
I went into ulta today to spend all my points i’ve spent the last year saving up. the store manager melinda helped me find and pick out the correct shark blow dryer i’ve been wanting. she sat with us for about ten minutes explaining how the dryer will work and the best ways for me to personally get use out of it, and also picked me out a good brush. melinda taking those ten minutes to explain the dryer made the biggest difference in my shopping trip.
