Had the worst experience today. I went in for 1 thing. I found it but it was a cologne & I needed someone to unlock the case so I could get it. I didn't see many employees. 1 woman was working the make up counter so I went to the checkout line, waited in line, & asked if they could open the case. They said they couldn't but someone would meet me in fragrance. I went back & waited 10 minutes but no one came. Needed Christian Dior cologne and this was the place to get it. Super friendly staff very convenient.
We just had the worst possible Ulta Salon experience with Marina. First, she called to change our appointment time to 90 minutes earlier than booked, then she was 45 minutes late for the new appointment time and, as a side note, was at no point apologetic or expressed any appreciation for our patience and flexibility. All of that would have been fine except for the fact that she absolutely butchered my teenage son’s hair in a cut that lasted no more than 10 minutes. It was a surreal experience and such a disappointment. Ugh.
2 things: First: I was supposed to receive a free gift with my purchase and when I brought it up to the cashier, she stated she didn’t think they had anymore of the free gift and didn’t bother to check. She also stated that I needed to spend a certain amount to get it but the coupon didn’t state that I needed to. Only that I needed to purchase the product.
