I had such a wonderful experience with Tiffany at Ulta Beauty. From the moment I met her, she was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. She was extremely attentive, listened to what I wanted, and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I recently had an experience with Tiffany and Christina both employees are very rude in my experience with ulta I have never felt so unwelcome hopefully management will give more training before losing more customers.

Ive went to ulta for many year and had amazing experiences until lately on multiple occasions i had a bad interaction with Tiffany and im very disappointed in Ultas lack of customer service.
