This Ulta has become my favorite one in the most recent months. I need to shout out the skin care, girl Kelly she is so knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond every time. I’m in there and the manager Heather is so friendly and creates such a great vibe whenever she’s there. There’s also another girl that is usually at the register she’s blonde with curly hair. I have been coming to this ulta for years to get my blowouts by the salon and eyebrows waxed by Ashley. Today at 3:15 pm I had an eyebrow wax appt with a new employee since Ashley was out. I told the waxer I get red and I am sensitive. She couldn’t care less and was in a rush. She didn’t have me sign any forms like Ashley does and used strips not just the wax on me which I never get strips. Today I came in and truly needed help. I have been experiencing changes in my skin and needed new products for my specific needs. But I had no clue where to start when looking for new products. I went to this Ulta with a vulnerable feeling, but they were super sweet and helpful. 5 Stars for Theona!!! She was absolutely wonderful and helpful. She listened to all my questions and answered with recommendations that she personally uses. She took her time to help my mom develop a skin care routine and throughly helped her. Theona was absolutely amazing and beyond thankful for her help!!
HORRIBLE! RUN... They appear visibly in a bad mood and either they push stuff and hover over you to the point you are uncomfortable or just keep gossiping with each other. Literally recommended strong anti aging skin care to my 14 yr old daughter!!!!
