Thank you so much Ulta staff, especially the manager Dessi! I had a return that went haywire due to door dash, and Dessi went so above and beyond to get it resolved for me. Every time I go into Ulta she is so beyond helpful, she is just awesome and you can tell she is a great manager by how sweet and patient her staff are.
Store is nice, but the employees could use some more training on how to treat customers who don't necessarily want to spend a lot.
I'm so excited when we got Ulta beauty I mean come on right but I wanted to leave this review because Andrea who's the Clinique girl I love her so much she is like my beauty girl now she taught me how to put on eye makeup she recommended what products were really affordable and the best quality for the price and she just took the time to educate me on things I didn't know.
