Had an appointment with Alissa the stylist, do not book. I would recommend you choose anyone else, not a good look for Ulta on having her as a stylist. Didn’t achieve any of my requests and wasn’t professional about resolving the issue.
I was being attended by I think her name was Marina or Maria not sure didn’t get to read the name tag very good but their customer service was really bad, not sure if they where in a bad mood or not but it’s no excuse to treat customers like that. Will not be returning to this location
