Don't waste your time. Make the 20 minute drive to Lawrence. I wanted to get a $125 gift card with some smaller Ulta gift cards I had gotten from my hotel rewards program..the girl working said they can't do that. When I said other stores do it she still said no. I said I'll have to go to kc or somewhere because they don't, she very sarcastically said, have fun.I went to Lawrence store and they rung up the $125 card and I paid with the other cards, no problem. I stumbled upon the reviews while scheduling an appt for hair and I had to make sure I included mine as I'm sad to see some 1 stars. I was thrilled when Topeka got an Ulta, after moving from Overland Park. I have never had a bad experience here! Everyone is always helpful and attentive. I've had a great experience with picking a perfume as I'm not a perfume person. I came in later when everything was locked up and the person helping me did not act bothered at all that they had to keep opening the display for me to sample. An... read more

Let me start by saying I Always get what I need and go. But usually when I go in it feels uncomfortable due to some of the associates vibe. Dani was so awesome and sweet. She helped me look for items I needed but better, even recommended other items that I actually been wanting but waiting. Thank you!
