I don’t really post bad reviews, but my hair was mishandled and im upset. The stylist I usually go to does a really great job, but the last time I went in it seems like she had been over scheduled and it resulted in my hair being rushed. I had a bang trim, and I had asked for my side bangs to be parted and trimmed to the other side of my face. However, there were already two other people in line waiting for their appointments. Valeria is simply amazing! Gave me just the type of blowout I was looking for. She listens and totally gets what you are trying to achieve, working effortlessly through your individual styling challenges. Loved her and the final results of my blowout. She is a rockstar!
Valeria is my go to hairstylist at this Ulta location. She’s very experienced, friendly, and a perfectionist. She helped me learn how to take care of my hair and what products to use and in which hair treatments to get to make my hair more healthier. Will highly recommend to anyone who is looking for hair treatment, blowout, or just cut.
Mary was amazing! she took so much time with me to help me pick what I needed to match my face! She even gave me the information of the upcoming masterclass. She was great!!
Horrible experience at the salon today. Drove over 30 miles one way to not get even close to what I asked for with my hair. I hate it. Not even a sincere apology either. No store manager trying to see if I wanted to trade stylist or offer to bring me back to correct the issue. Absolutely nothing. Just handed me the bill and sent me away.
