This was my worst experience that I have ever had in a salón. On June 22 of 2025 I had gone for the Second time with Emily Kaser “stylist” to get full highlights because she had done my first session. The second time on June 22nd she did a horrible job. My hair is at the point that it falls often. It was left dry and brittle. On top of that, Emily, left several spots in my hair where the tones didnt get changed. Had a few issues with an in store order I placed. The box showed up to my home but my item want inside. Instead over $200 worth of products that belongs to someone else. I took the box back and they reordered my item. When I went to the back of the store the item I wanted was now in stock. I asked them to cancel my order and put my money towards the item on the shelf. I was told I would have to purchase it and when the other one came in the mail is need to come back and return it. Came in to look for something they haven’t had in stock in a while and the lovely lady behind the counter told me I could order it and they’d ship it to my house! She seemed new but was very quick to help me get everything in order to get it! I think her name was Jo!
