I called her cell phone and asked if it would be possible to book a haircut appointment. She called me back while she was at work and told me yes—that she would book me for a cut and a gloss. Heather in the Clinique section made my make-over one of the best experiences I have had with my makeup journey. She listens and explains exactly what I wanted for my aging skin. I now feel so much more confident thanks to her expertise.
So I called Ulta this morning about 9:30am and spoke with a young lady on the phone and told her the mess I got myself in. I box colored my hair on Saturday and it turned out like a disaster. We are talking I went from a strawberry blonde to Ariel the mermaid. I was freaking out because I leave for Vegas in 8 days.
