Came in looking for a foundation for a wedding I was going to attend. I dont normally wear foundation on my skin, and the girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful! She helped me try some on, and ultimately helped me find a good vegan one that worked well with my sensitive skin. Then I was looking for a good lip gloss, and another lady helped me find the PERFECT stain/gloss that was just right for me. Great experience

Tessa made my experience at Ulta so easy and enjoyable. I came in unsure of what I needed, and she took the time to ask questions, understand what I was looking for, and guide me to the right products. She also offered helpful alternatives and clearly knows her products well. She was friendly, patient, and never rushed me—excellent customer service.

Very helpful staff Didn't have exactly what I was looking for but they helped me find a substitute i could use that night. They even offered to check other stores to try & get my specific product.

I really enjoyed my time here! All associates are so friendly and helpful. The manager Zoe was super welcoming and knowledgeable about what she was talking about. I’ve always been to the ulta in Norman but will definitely be coming back to this one! I never make reviews but the service here was really exceptional!
