I hate going into this Ulta to actually shop and look around. I usually try to stick to online pickup because every time I shop at this location, I feel like I’m being followed, watched at every corner, and stopped by every employee in the store asking if I need help. Two days ago one associate came up to me and my daughter and asked if we needed help. Then she looked down at my hands to see the nail polish I was carrying to buy. Came in looking for a foundation for a wedding I was going to attend. I dont normally wear foundation on my skin, and the girl who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful! She helped me try some on, and ultimately helped me find a good vegan one that worked well with my sensitive skin. Then I was looking for a good lip gloss, and another lady helped me find the PERFECT stain/gloss that was just right for me. Great experience

Tessa made my experience at Ulta so easy and enjoyable. I came in unsure of what I needed, and she took the time to ask questions, understand what I was looking for, and guide me to the right products. She also offered helpful alternatives and clearly knows her products well. She was friendly, patient, and never rushed me—excellent customer service.
