Very helpful staff Didn't have exactly what I was looking for but they helped me find a substitute i could use that night. They even offered to check other stores to try & get my specific product.
I really enjoyed my time here! All associates are so friendly and helpful. The manager Zoe was super welcoming and knowledgeable about what she was talking about. I’ve always been to the ulta in Norman but will definitely be coming back to this one! I never make reviews but the service here was really exceptional!
The moment I walked into this Ulta, I should’ve known. Three employees saw me enter and none greeted me or offered assistance, yet customers who did not look like me were acknowledged and helped. I stood in the store for 10–15 minutes before finally being offered help by a kind young lady who I believe was the lead associate or manager. I expressed my disappointment but thanked her.
