I am NOT a fan of Ulta. However, I had the best experience today. A amazing young lady named Kieva assisted me with make up and I cannot express how well she listened and how well she knew her job. She was by far the most attentive, knowledgeable and kind person I have ever encountered at Ulta. I cannot thank you enough Kieva! You are an asset to the company. Again, Thank You Kieva!!
I have spent plenty of time and money at this ulta here in Granbury Texas.. I was in the store for a total of ten minutes seven associates asked if I needed help. Feeling targeted I put my purchases back on the shelves and left. I will not ever go into this or any ulta again because of this experience. I refuse to be treated like a criminal for no reason at all. Especially when they boast to hire diversely and seem to be targeting me because of my appearance.
