The manager at this place is really rude and grumpy. I had to ask for help with cologne and it seemed like a big problem for her which is her job to do. I was followed around the entire store by her and watched like a hawk but not once did she offer me help. Negative Nancy. It’s quite ridiculous.
Stylist Kennedy was by hair guru! I had a horrible hair color from a stylist at another salon, and I stopped by Ulta directly afterwards to see if anything I could buy to help. Met Kennedy who had a young lady in her chair that gave her great referral. Kennedy and the salon manager discussed what happened with my hair appointment earlier and offered to assist me with a work-in appointment on Labor a Day! Kennedy did NOT disappoint and I left feeling no stress and so very happy with my color correction and hair cut/style!
Jamie in the salon was AMAZING!!! I had gotten a haircut at a different salon that turned out awful and I called the Granbury Ulta in a panic to get it fixed before I had to drive back home(I live 4 hours away). Jamie really took her time and understood what I wanted. She worked so well with my thick hair texture and truly worked her magic. Jamie was also lovely to talk to as well. If I am ever back in the area, I will be seeing Jamie again💕
