My review is for the salon. I got a haircut with Alexis. I wear my natural curly hair 90% of the time, but I prefer to straighten my hair when it’s cut. Alexa did an amazing job cutting my straight hair, taking into consideration how the cut would look once I wore my hair in it’s natural curly state. Once I washed my hair after the cut to rock my curls, it looked amazing!
Staff was very nice, but don’t go to get your haircut here. Scissors clearly weren’t sharp enough and my layers aren’t even on both sides. My face framing layers are cut straight across instead of an angle. Never again.
Manager Elena no good doesn't like to help customers find products they need new manager usually ultra beauty if employees know where items are they help me find she is trash manager why store has low ratings!
