I had no idea ulta beauty did hair till I saw people complaining about it on reddit. I decided to be bold and try it out for myself... and I left pleasantly surprised! Alexis was very upfront and honest about how light we could get my hair and what colors we could do considering I committed the sin of box hairdye. The color she was able to do in the end was exactly what I was hoping for! I love my hair so much and it's thanks to her.
