This Ulta is a total disaster. Boxes everywhere make it impossible to even walk around. The staff have zero concept of makeup or what beauty even is. The layout is chaotic, and professionalism is nonexistent—a woman at the front register had a shaved chest, leaving me confused and repulsed. Save your money—this place is a circus.
Had everything my wife needed, nothing for men !
Came in to get my brows done, the Hispanic girl(can’t remember her name but I remember her face) said she had no one available, mind you there was 5 employees on the floor just standing there and yet no one was doing any work. She refused my service, this is not how a business works. Next time be mindful of people, no one had appts that day you were just to damn rude and now I rather not waste my money on any Ulta beauty store.
I have naturally curly hair but I asked for smooth blended layers since I often wear it straight. The haircut, wash, blow dry and style took less than 40 minutes which should have been a red flag. I noticed immediately after how thin the bottoms sections of my long hair but I just chalked it up to the effect of having layers but it’s seems like once the stylists heard I had curly hair , she knew her mistakes would be covered and she could give me a so called “curly cut” which isn’t what was shown in my inspo pic.
