I stopped by to pick up a couple of items and wanted to use a text coupon I received after signing up for your text messages. At checkout, I let the cashier, Vanessa, know that I had a coupon and turned my phone around to show her the text code, since the coupon was provided as a text message for in-store use. Julie Olson provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She provided an in depth tutorial of how to prevent oily skin when wearing makeup. She was very attentive & caring. She suggested some Estée Lauder products that really made a difference on my face! I would shop here again.

I’ve been shopping at this Ulta location for over three years, and until now I’ve always had positive experiences. This visit was completely different and honestly left me upset. I was enjoying a rare kid-free shopping trip, taking my time browsing the store and treating myself. This place is the worst! I would give 0 stars if I could. I scheduled 2 brow appointments for my daughter and I they called me an hour before my appointment to cancel because they were supposedly double booked. This isn't the first time they've done this to me. I will not return to this store again. I think they need to retrain there staff so people can do there job properly.

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM but was not taken back until 2:00 PM, and only after I inquired about the delay. I completely understand that appointments can run behind, and I am usually very understanding when there is communication and consideration for a customer's time.
