Stopped by for a quick refill on some skincare, staff was so incredibly friendly to me and my mom and very helpful. Made our spontaneous trip even better!
Easily the most disorganize Ulta. I came in needing to replace my brushes, went to the IT cosmetics booth with the brush aisle, and spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out where certain brushes were. Every single one was in the wrong spot, multiple didn’t have testers (empty holes where they should be), and one box was open. I inspected inside- it looked used. FULLY used. I never really write reviews but I felt that one should be written on my experience about this. I got tinsel in my hair because I thought it would be fun. The “master” stylist Lisa was doing my hair and curling it with a curling iron and she burned me on my forehead. I can’t imagine if she was doing my actual hair. I’ve never experience that before at any salon. It’s also been almost a week and my burn mark is still on my forehead. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
