The staff was very nice but I made an appointment and when I got there they told me they didn’t know why the system let me make an appointment, I made my appointment 3 days before and I should have received a call saying that there was a mistake if no one could do my appointment. I am leaving a review so that corporate will fix their online appointments cause this shouldn’t be happening
I just can’t thank Karen enough for all of her time, patience and expertise yesterday when she helped my daughter and I with make up for my daughter’s wedding. Ulta is blessed to have Karen working for them!
Ashlyn is amazing and an expert at her craft! I will never have anyone else do my hair.
