Katie gives a great haircut and she’s very personable. It’s been years since I’ve enjoyed the experience and my new hairstyle this much.
How tf is this store still open? EVERYTIME I go in this location I leave mad. After today I will NEVER be back. Save yourself the headache and go to Winston.
The professionalism within this location is seriously lacking. They should really do some deep self reflection on how they talk to their clients, and their coworkers. If i’m ever in Boone, this would be the LAST place i would visit.
