Chelsea colored and cut my hair today. She did an excellent job and paid attention to details. Initially, the color didn’t take on parts, but they touched it up and now it looks great. Thank you for taking the time to make sure everything was good <3 Catherine colored my hair today, and did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be back in the future. The tall white haired older lady, I guess because I'm in my work clothes I didn't look like I should be shopping there or something but she seemed very condescending like I shouldn't be there, it was just very unwelcoming (you don't belong here) feeling I'm never going there again
The checkout girl was super rude when I asked if it was necessary to put my number in. She just looked at me and didn’t say anything and I asked again and she just asked for a phone number again. She was really bitchy the whole time, not to mention the employees watch you like a hawk when you are trying to shop and it makes the experience super uncomfortable.
Ashlyn is amazing with hair! She listens and is very honest with you when you bring in your inspiration photo, she let me know up front! No false promises or unreal expectations. My hair looks like I'm ready to walk the red carpet! She is a Gem, and won't disappoint!
The ladies who work here are always so kind! There’s one woman with blonde hair who is always working when I go in, she’s so helpful and so sweet. Definitely my favorite place to go for makeup
