Went and seen Emma W. Today at Ulta. She is always so friendly and knows her stuff. She is taking me blonde for the summer and has been wonderful at explaining the process. She is making sure my hair stays healthy in the process. Would highly recommend!
Make sure you do some homework about their hair stylist or eyebrows technician. Went in for signature haircut, my hair didn’t feel like get any treatment done afterwards; and the hair stylist seems pretty new to the career, she didn’t cut my hair per my request. (I did not give her a hard time because I think she is entry level.) and then I proceeded to get my eyebrows done with another girl, instead of offering her professional services, she asked me several times if she was doing correctly; which tell me she wasn’t sure wh... read more
