Came to purchase either YSL libre or Valentino ivory. The sales rep wouldn’t make a tester for Valentino ivory despite them having it then didn’t voice that, wasting 20 minutes till I went to check why the tester wasn’t made. Lost sale.
The workers at this store are incredible and sooo nice! They were extremely helpful in finding a specific gift set of a perfume for my friend– one worker even went to the back after searching for 5 minutes just to find it for me. I’ve gone twice before for hair dye and I’ve yet to have a bad experience.
I have not been to an Ulta in YEARS as I stopped caring for myself and the way I looked. I have recently gotten a bit back into skin care and looking “presentable” and needed a few products that I finally ran out of. I used to love going into these store and could spend hours looking around, but this time I felt out of place and overwhelmed.
