Went in today to do a return and a quick purchase. Needed to buy an additional product to use my coupon, my daughter picked out some hair dye that was on yhe bottom shelf with a 50% off coupon. She was super excited to get this product. We were going to buy 2 boxes - the bleach and the color. When we got to the counter we were told that the hair dyes were full price. Just had my daughter’s birthday party there today and they did AMAZING!!!! She’s only 7 and she had her friends with her. Brit did the best job with the girls!!!!! 10/10 recommend doing a birthday party there!!!!!!

They profile people of color, even when you address the situation to managers, they’ll act as if they care and will fix the problem, but they don’t. They continue to tell their employees to watch and follow us down every aisle. Other customers get to shop in peace and browse, not people of color. They’re not welcomed in that city or store. You’ll get a weird look as soon as you walk in and you won’t be greeted. They don’t want to touch your skin to test foundations.
