My experience here was throughly miserable Do not spend either your time or money here You will wish you had not for the store has very poor associates and management The salon does whatever to run up your bill regardless of the contradictory nature that services would not be recommended but to sell on the spot Which leaves the customer damaged results Sickening staff and management Also Better off in the hood somewhere than the lapeer ulta its the same Take my advice go elsewhere
Went in today to do a return and a quick purchase. Needed to buy an additional product to use my coupon, my daughter picked out some hair dye that was on yhe bottom shelf with a 50% off coupon. She was super excited to get this product. We were going to buy 2 boxes - the bleach and the color. When we got to the counter we were told that the hair dyes were full price. Just had my daughter’s birthday party there today and they did AMAZING!!!! She’s only 7 and she had her friends with her. Brit did the best job with the girls!!!!! 10/10 recommend doing a birthday party there!!!!!!
