I'd like to start by saying that the manager made this right and was both apologetic and professional. Additionally, the young lady who helped us was very sweet. This review is only to share that prior to booking a service I would suggest asking questions around the experience/ skill set of the individual executing the service. We booked a makeup appointment for a formal, ( a $70.00 service) and it seemed early on that the young lady may not have been well versed in the art of applying it. I am a delivery driver who occasionally receives shopping orders for Ulta beauty in Titusville. I have to give this store a 10 rating for service. I don't have a lot of knowledge of all the products they sell and I have never shopped there for myself, so I frequently need assistance to find the products I am shopping for. What happened to customer service? They seem bothered to be asked for help finding products. No one looks like they want to be there. I’ll be going to another location. Had a horrible experience.

I didn’t know that Ulta was doing so well that they could turn away customers and tell them to go to other locations… funny. I just needed to get some tinsel adjusted at the salon and restock on some things like perfume, makeup and even shampoo. I was told to go to a different Ulta so that their stylists “don’t work for free” to just reclamp 2 pieces of tinsel. They eventually said I could come in to have them adjusted with some snarky remarks but ultimately I’d rather drive across the county to go to a different location.

First off I’ve had curly hair my whole life and I hated it when I was a kid. I’ve kept it very short since I was 20, but 40 years later I decided to let it go about a year ago, it’s still curly. It was getting long and didn’t really follow any hair rules. I didn’t think and/or didn’t know how someone would cut it, I didn’t even know what I wanted but Shaelynn Jimenez knew exactly what to do with it.
