I have been using the Ulta Salon in Titusville, FL. to get my hair cut for several years. Shaelynn, has cut my hair twice & I am pleased at her listening to my concerns. & her attention to detail. Always happy with the results & I get so many compliments when I'm out & about. Highly recommend Shaelynn.
Shae Jimenez is the best stylist/hair cutter I've ever dealt with in my LIFE. She not only cut and styled my hair which is notoriously hard to deal with. She actually gave me pointers, and she taught me how to style my hair when I got home like the day after and so on, i've never had a stylist do that for me. Previously, I was going to sport clips, and the reason I went to Ulta to begin with was the attitude at sport clips had changed quite drastically. I no longer felt welcome there. Update as of March 4, 2025. So far, staff has improved at not following people around so much. It's a nice change, I feel like shoppers have their dignity again. But here is my next problem. I went to exchange a hair straightener today and picked up a different one, a baByliss one. When I got home and opened it up, I could tell it was a previously owned and returned product, super obvious, especially considering the box has no seals on it.
