Jolena was so helpful today when it came to my happy return. Although it was a bit complicated she got it all sorted out for me! The staff is always super friendly when I’m also shopping for makeup and not making a return!
This Ulta has turned me off of ever going to Ulta again. The lack of customer service is startling and disappointing. I'm there attempting to find products, and associates are just pointing in general directions of where to find items. I spent over two hours looking for the items I needed before finally giving up and going to Sephora. Sephora's employees were in my face as soon as I walked in.
