Older lady employee followed me around the store peaking around corners and when I’d look her way she’d ask if I needed help. But was following me around like I was going to steal something. I am a Hispanic female and retired Air Force veteran in a predominantly white town. After dealing with that woman my email profile disappeared, my payment method online won’t go through but everywhere else it will. Orders I’ve placed online for shipping NEVER arrive. I will no longer be shopping at this store. Online or in person. Gross.
I have honestly had it with this Ulta. Over the last several months they have gotten rid of several brands and products that have previously always been in stock that I have always been able to purchase through them, but now have to go online all the time to put in orders for make up. The things that they have stopped carrying are pretty popular items such as the Laura Mercier, setting powder and kvd products they are not carrying anymore. I’ve had great experiences here with the girls working! I’ve heard things here and there about bad customer service but I’ve never encountered it!
5/31/25. One girl helped us and was extremely kind explaining a return to me my kids went in and did, but the liberal manager raised her voice at me and my kids; with short pixie hair and an attitude when my 11 year old was shopping with her friend. I told you exactly what you need to work on which is your customer service. Its awful. Especially to children.
