Gone downhill in the past couple of years. The associates have never been rude to me directly; however, I have seen and heard them speak to others in ways that are not kind or professional. I went in once after my workout and felt a very judgmental stare upon walking in. I assume because I was makeupless and red from my run.

Cam was so helpful. He helped me find products with my specific hair needs, told me how to use them and gave great advice. What a gem for this store!!! Thank you Cam!

Moe did a challenging hair cut repair for me. It was great and she was so friendly and welcoming!!! I will be going back for sure.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star walked in after working out at planet fitness with a backpack with my workout gear in it being I got a 150$ gift card for Christmas. And an employee and customer proceeded to talk bad about me and my boyfriend claiming we were gonna be stealing when we asked the lady in the front the policy on bags and were going to leave them at the front from the start. Usually staff are familiar with where brands or items are located. At this location I was directed to look for what I needed by looking at every end cap! The store employee walked away a d didn't want to even show me herself. There was no greeter upon entering which is standard at most Ulta stores. This store did not look very organized.
