My first time in the store and no one came to help, I couldn't find what I was looking for and the counter staff could only say, " We will try and get more help next time". Very disappointed. Thanks for the eye opening experience.

I'm not a make-up wearer. BUT. I've been here on 4 separate occasions, and only one of the associates was not great. HOWEVER. I've seen Maly twice now, and that girl is single handedly making me get back into make-up. She is so sweet and helpful and actually tells you how to do things for the best results. She's amazing. Another associate that's helped me is Nicole. Also sweet and amazing and informative. Those 2 both cancel out the bad one. I don't have the last one's name.
