Was shopping with my daughter, looking at the new Cecred collection. I was in there for about 5 min when a policeman walked in. Him and two other sales associates, Laura and another Latina looking lady with dark haired both stood by me AND WATCHED ME the entire time. I've been a member since 2010, and these ladies have probably been working there for less than a year. STOP THE MICRO AGGRESSIONS AND LET BLACK WOMEN SHOP IN PEACE!
Had such a great experience shopping with Caleb. Helped me pick out a foundation. Recommended a lip oil that was on 21 day beauty promo. Overall, great experience he’s so helpful, friendly, And knowledgeable.
Shopping here years ago was fine. Every associate seemed to enjoy doing their job and were super helpful. Now when I go in there, no one is friendly or willing to help you look for anything. I asked where something was at, only to be pointed in the general direction, just to find out 20 minutes later after pacing back and forth, they didnt have it out on the floor or in the back. Mila took so much time finding the exact products I was looking for. I was meticulous, and she kept up with every idea with friendliness and warmth. Several other staff members popped in to help as well, it felt like such a glorious team effort with 0 pressure on me as the customer.
