I had an interaction with the general manager Taylor. I had a return two perfumes that I ordered online that I didn't like. I wanted to return with my Ulta credit card. She basically said that I couldn't and the system wouldn't let me. She also had an attitude which I didn't understand why. GO SEE MADDIE!!! This was my fiest time in an Utla ever in my entire life and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable and answered my 100298475729 questions applicant woth as much info as I was looking for(which was far to much im sure ) and she gladly answered and got me products I have never felt more beautiful in.
