I made an appointment for makeup services and it was rescheduled without my permission or consideration. No one called me until a few hours before my original appointment. the staff is very rude. Bad experience with two WORKERS on the same day. Remember that you work there and we are the clients... I don't understand the desire to believe yourself superior.
