I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to leave my compliments to Adrian at Ulta Toco Hills. They helped me color match foundation, begin my skin care journey, and in general just made me feel comfortable asking questions. Even though they are clearly a makeup expert, they never made me feel stupid or lost. Genuinely the best Ulta experience I’ve ever had simply because of Adrian.
The employees at this store have such a bad attitude. It doesn't matter how busy it is or what time of day it is - every time I've come in here I have been met with attitude. Management would be wise to hire employees who don't actually hate working with the public.

This is one of the few stores where I am get my Nexxus Keraphix Conditioner, but sadly they no longer have Keronique Minoxodil.
This morning I had a very pleasant experience with associate Stephanie while checking out she even convinced me to open a credit card!! Thank you Stephanie! Alrhough some of your associates need to take a page from your playbook.
