I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Taylor! From the moment I checked out, we had a natural connection, and she was so helpful with my skincare concerns. I was returning a product that wasn’t working for me, and Taylor not only listened but also recommended alternatives that suited my skin better. The staff is very incompetent! I drove all the way because I called in advance to check if an item was in stock (the app said it was. Apparently it's not updated) and they said they placed the item on hold. Once I got there, she said they didn't have it on hold and didn't have the product. Made me waste a trip I tried avoiding! Ulta should train their employees in giving better customer service!!
I couldn't believe they way I was treated, ignored with fake smiles. Returned all my items & deactivating membership & credit card. How can they be much disrespect in the retail business overall in the world .
