Ulta didn’t give us a credit and never asked for a phone at purchase. Reciept lost in Christmas crush. When my husband tried to return $ perfume he was denied store credit on unopened bottle with ulta skew. He had a fit! The store finally decided to only take $75 dollars back. What a scam! Why not full store credit. Do not shop there! Awful.
The staff was very kind and personable. I don't usually have a good experience going into makeup stores but this team was wonderful.
I would reconsider booking any service with Shaira. She never showed up for a hair appt I made a month in advance for my son's wedding. I showed up for my appt and was told she's not there and will not be coming in. I wanted to cry as my son was getting married in just a couple of hours. I received at least 3 confirmation texts to confirm I was going to be at my appointment. My memory of this nightmare is captured in my son's wedding photos
