What is it with Ulta and pressuring ppl to make accounts? I said no multiple times and the cashier kept insisting, so frustrating. i was then forced to enter my phone number since you “cant check out” without one. that sounds like bull. what other store has done that? yall need to do some serious revisions or something

The store is always clean and well stocked. However the employee engagement is consistent with the micro agressions. I noticed how some are greated and all are not. I’ve limited my visits and would always stop in the pick up my products monthly after wax services next door. Unfortunately today will be my absolute last time visiting this store.
