I came August 31, I did a mobile order, I came in and was told that my order wasn’t ready and I said that I only got one things, This Hispanic short women proceeded to do my order and asked me for an id, I have never been asked for an ID, I told her the order number so it was no way I was stealing anything. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Ulta. I’ve been a loyal customer and spend a significant amount of money at this store, but the way my family were treated during my recent visit was unacceptable. The staff were incredibly disrespectful and rude, particularly to my daughters. The girls were followed around the store as if they were doing something wrong, which made them feel extremely uncomfortable. This behavior was completely unnecessary and insulting. Went to this store to use a gift card from my son. I will NEVER come back again. The guy at registration was so rude. I was standing in back of a lady for 5 minutes. He precedes to tell me im not in a line. I offered to leave . He was extremely rude. Will not be coming back.
