Such a great experience at this ulta store! to start with the security guard was warm and welcoming made my little laugh. The cashier jordan was very nice, and spoke very highly of the product i was getting, when I asked to speak to the manager stefany to compliment her employee on how they treat the guest, she was such a pleasure. great energy all around.

I got a haircut here about two months ago and no lie one of the girls at the Ulta salon saved my life. I came in on a random rainy day, no appointment, and she was able to take me in and absolutely change the life of my hair for years to come. After over ten years as a loyal customer at Ulta, these experiences have led me to move my business to Sephora entirely. During a recent order pickup, a lead staff member was rude and condescending when my barcode failed to load (thanks technology), even asking if I had ever picked up an order before.
