I came in for a return and the lady seemed annoyed that I was returning an item. The item would not turn on, it was a bed head hair waver and I tried multiple outlets to see if the item would work. Their products are nice. I preferred online and picked up at the store. This was nice because I skipped the line. If you want to save time is better to shop online if you know what you're buying. I love the specials. Like with other brands, the prices are steep in my opinion for the average person. There are a lot of generic brands that have products close to what they have without the extra cost. I love that they sell stuff at target.
