I don't go to Ulta often, but when I do, I usually purchase a lot! I wasn't sure what I needed. However, I asked a staff to help me out. VICTOR came to my rescue! I told him that I need clean and high-quality products for my face. He was kind, helpful, and gave me various recommendations while also educating me during the process. I had never felt bad for asking for information, the attitude of the workers was terrible, they looked at me lost and did not even ask you how they could help you, when I dared to ask one, her response was too curt, without desire to help ... I do not remember the manager's name but she was an Asian girl had the same bad attitude, I left very disappointed from this location in particular ... working in customer service should not feel like they are doing you a favor in a bad way
I came in to the store and it wasn't that busy , I walked around for about 10 mins looking for a product. One of the employees was nice enough to help me as we proceed to walk to the front to ask another employee to help me out , the other employee stop what she was doing and the nice chick who was helping me asked her please help her out find a product and the min she turned around a saw me, she started at me up and down making me feel very uncomfortable.
