I came in for a return and the lady seemed annoyed that I was returning an item. The item would not turn on, it was a bed head hair waver and I tried multiple outlets to see if the item would work. Before I could explain any of this to her, she was pushy and tried getting me to buy something else. I understand the retail protocol of trying to have the guest exchange item instead of return.
