They don’t understand what the phrase “Two different transactions” means because they charged my card the wrong amount. Then when asked to fix it, Daeng said they couldn’t do anything and that I was supposed to tell them to do two different transactions (as if I didn’t tell her 2 times before she finished).
I really enjoy getting my hair done with Loraine at Ulta beauty. She is an expert in hair color. She gives excellent customer service. I really love the hair color and hair products ulta offers us the client. I highly recommend Loraine. I always leave happy.
I don't go to Ulta often, but when I do, I usually purchase a lot! I wasn't sure what I needed. However, I asked a staff to help me out. VICTOR came to my rescue! I told him that I need clean and high-quality products for my face. He was kind, helpful, and gave me various recommendations while also educating me during the process. I had never felt bad for asking for information, the attitude of the workers was terrible, they looked at me lost and did not even ask you how they could help you, when I dared to ask one, her response was too curt, without desire to help ... I do not remember the manager's name but she was an Asian girl had the same bad attitude, I left very disappointed from this location in particular ... working in customer service should not feel like they are doing you a favor in a bad way
