Haircuts are horrible here. If you want a nice haircut, really don't come here; you'll lose your time, your hair, and your money.I asked for a V cut and instead I got two haircuts in one head, that's the only way I can explain what they did on my hair in here. Save your time and your wallet!

I visited my local Ulta and there was a gentleman by the name of Fernie, he was so awesome in every way possible. He knew the products, he was so patient and he was very friendly as to helping out my sister, he took his time and I was very impressed by his customer service..there isnt too many people such as this that are willing to have a great attitude while being attentive..Greatness!!
