Terrible customer service. Wasn’t greeted when i walked in, that’s supposed to bare minimum but instead they just looked at me and kept on with their own conversations. Not one associate asked if I needed help once. Won’t be back; will be telling others not to go here as well.
This Ulta in Pooler, Georgia is ridiculous, unprofessional, lack customer service skills, doesn’t speak or be helpful when entering even when asked for help there in a rush to do nothing but gossip. You can never use your discount 20% off in store or online and told the same excuse its on certain items yeah right I know for a fact its not. Just lies!!!
