Julia was amazing! She had the best personality and great customer service. The store was closing in approximately 30 minutes, short staff,etc..and she still made time to help my daughter for a special prom event coming soon. She also took time to help me as well even at closing time. Of course we left with products needed, and will definitely be back just from her great service.

I went to the salon in Pooler, GA, for a haircut, but my stylist was ill. The manager, Jacob, was helpful and offered to reschedule with another professional since I had an important trip. I think the substitute didn't understand or she ignored my haircut references. The result was a disastrous cut, with excessive bangs and poor styling, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. Eliza did an amazing job coloring, cutting, and styling my curling hair! She was super sweet and comfortable to be around :) so glad i found a stylist in this area!!!
