3 out of 5 stars. The store is clean and well-stocked, with plenty of products on hand, which I appreciate. However, I took one star off because all the fragrances are locked up. I understand it’s to prevent theft, but it makes the shopping experience inconvenient and could be handled with a better system. I also knocked off another star because I spent about 10 minutes trying to find a product with no employee offering help.
The store was clean, and well staffed. I never actually ask for help, but Olivia made me feel so comfortable enough to actually ask for help. I recieved a shade match and finally found a concealer that will work. I will definitely be going to the Pooler location again.
The Pooler-Tanger Outlet location has excellent customer service. I was having trouble locating items I was shopping for a list and Christian swooped I’m and found all 5 items in record time with complete understanding. Thank you again Christian for being such a huge help!
