Went to find a concealer that matched my shade. Narissa (a prestige beauty advisor) went above and beyond to assist me. I was impressed by her knowledge of products and recommendations. Best of all she made suggestions that match my preferences and didn’t try to influence my decisions. I love how she showed me options and explained each benefit. Ulta was close to closing but everyone I met in store was pleasant and accommodating. My experience was exceptional and I highly recommend shopping here. Also, Narissa is amazing!

very nice and helpful staff! gracyn/gracelynn (sorry i didn’t get her name just briefly looked at the name tag ☹️) was super sweet and very helpful on my search for a new concealer!! so attentive and checked in on me periodically. diana at the register was super sweet too 🫶

I had a confirmed appointment for a 10 minute bang trim and arrived on time after taking an Uber to the salon. Unfortunately, I was told my appointment was not in their system, they would not be able to see me before closing. I understand technical issues can happen, but I was disappointed by how the situation was handled.
