Customer service is bad here. I was in line waiting to check out while one of the associates was having a personal conversation with a customer. It was clear she was done assisting this person but continued her conversation nonetheless. She even had the nerve to smile at me but never bothered to help. Their conversation was loud enough to tell it wasn’t about business. Won’t be back to this location. Ulta’s customer service has really gone down hill over the years.
Miriam did a wonderful job styling my eyebrows. She was warm, kind, and very skilled. I highly recommend her work!
