worst hair experience ever, my hair was dark brown before and I wanted to get NATURAL caramel highlights and I showed them an inspo picture and they said they could do it, after 4 hours they gave me blonde highlights that did not look like the picture at all and looked horrible but I decided not to say anything because I felt bad I went home and after 1 wash and seeing the highlights with my natural hair I decided to go and make an appointment to go SLIGHTLY darker I go and I tell them to make sure it’s js a little bit darke... read more

I went to this Ulta last week to get my hair done. I was getting a keratin treatment. I spoke with someone over the phone before hand and was told it would be $234. When I arrived at Ulta the hairdresser looked at my hair and said, “Oh it’s going to be 350.” I was trying to understand how she went up 116 more dollars. She said it was because she would be using more product on my hair and that’s why it would cost so much. However, I ended up going to a different Ulta. There I paid $234, and no extra product was used.

Bad Service no lo recomiendo venía con toda la intención de comprarme la dyson y mi esposo pidió por ayuda y nadie nos atendio solo estaban caminando sin ayudar a nadie

I when there on a slow day to buy the Dyson hair dryer for my wife, I was gonna spend more than 500 dollars and I try to ask someone about the product and she just ignore us, we when to the cashier and she was very friendly and tey to help us, but we did not see any sign of no one coming from the back storage, so 500 dollars just walk out away from this place. Never coming back
