Good service and knowledgeable employees
I was left on hold for over 20 minutes without a single update or check-in. I have also attempted to contact the store multiple times throughout the day but have been unable to reach anyone. I genuinely believe I would have been left on hold even longer had I not hung up. I have never had an issue with this location, but it seems something has changed because this level of customer service is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
I had such a wonderful experience with Eszter at Ulta Beauty! This was my first time getting a haircut at Ulta, and Eszter made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, talked through the haircut with me, and really paid attention to the details. I asked for long layers and soft face-framing pieces with more movement and volume while keeping my length, and she did an absolutely beautiful job!
