I always have a good experience with ulta. Store is clean. They both have drug store products and the prestige products. Which is nice. Staff are helpful and polite.
I was recently at Ulta and got a color match from Atyanna. She did an amazing job. She had amazing customer service skills and really made me feel welcomed during my time at the store.
I got an amazing brow wax service done by Nita!!! She payed attention to detail and made sure that my brows looked the way I wanted. She is very gentle with the waxing and made sure the pain was as minimal as possible. I definitely recommend her. Ask for Nita!!
