I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled that I had booked in advance and was really looking forward to. I live in Kingwood, about an hour away, and as a full-time working mom of two, getting my hair done requires coordinating work, childcare, and a long drive. Went for a color treatment and left unhappy. My hair was 3 different colors. Hair dye on my face that did not come off. Paid for the service and when I asked for a color correction was told “I’m not comfortable with correcting that”. Yet, you were comfortable letting me walk out looking like that… It took me at least 2 weeks to get a refund. Having to send an email and several phone calls.
