Staff are very helpful
I followed Kierra here to do my hair. She does an amazing job.
The stylist was very friendly but I didn’t like that she quoted me one price before we began the color change on my hair and when it was time to pay her coworker helped her add up the charges for the color change and said she had to charge me by the hour not the session. So I ended up being charged double the price which was over $300 dollars. I really didn’t like that I was mislead if you get your hair done here make sure you ask how much and how they charge before getting started.
I was excited for the Moroccanoil Hair Original Treatment to arrive to Ulta just to find out that they are charging three extra dollars to the tag. The competitor has it for 35 so why is it that in this economy, I am paying three extra dollars? Are you getting more ? Is it a magical bottle or something?
