I had an awful experience back in August 2025, and I’m honestly shocked the employee involved, Destiny, still works there. During checkout she was rude the entire time, slammed my items around, and even threw my bag at me before walking off the register. When I called the store afterward to complain, Destiny falsely pretended to be the manager until she was caught in the lie and transferred me to the actual manager. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after today’s experience I felt like I needed to. Customer service at this location has honestly been disappointing more often than not, and today completely confirmed that for me. Denicia was extremely rude from the beginning of the interaction. While I was trying to speak, she kept cutting me off to repeat the usual speech about printing receipts instead of actually listening to me as the customer. The RUDEST, least helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. No one is willing to show you where something is, they’ll give you a vague “maybe it’s over by…between… and…?” And then stare at you like they’re confused.
