No one greeted me the entire time I was in the store. I had to ask someone at the register to help me. Got help and they gave me the wrong $50 foundation after a consultation. Didn’t seem real interested in helping.

Passing through town this location happened to be inconvenient but the vibes were super weird. They never greeted me, but greeted everyone after me. They asked a lady next to me if she needed help, she declined and they walked past me.
I visited Ulta to get my split ends trimmed. The stylist was professional, patient, and did a great job on my hair. However, the price of $67 for a cut, without a wash or styling, is unreasonable. Ulta is not an upscale salon; it’s a salon located in the back of a beauty supply store. They should either post the prices or set more realistic pricing.
