I love Ulta beauty stores & I normally shop the one in dyersburg however today I was there shopping I was greeted by one cashier upon walking in when 3 where at the register. I walked to the products a different lady(I wish I gotten her name) was extremely nice & assisted me shopping. I go to check out & again was only greeted by only the same lady who happened to been occupied doing something else while the other two where engaged in other non job related discussions(going out to dinner). There is no reason for makeup to cost you an arm and a leg. Just saying it’s overpriced.$40 for foundation is way too unreasonable. Me and my mom went in first time to buy something instead of looking around. We were helped I don’t know the lady’s name but she was nice. I am just appalled at the prices. Almost 90 bucks for two things of foundation and one looks like it’s not even a months worth of makeup. What are yall running?
I only get to come to Ulta every once a while, and I have a good experience every time. This time I needed plenty of help color matching and finding things, and every employee was so kind and helpful!! I wish I could've gotten their names to mention how good they were to a manager. The service here is always great, and the store itself is always clean and stocked. Sometimes, testers will be missing, but you can ask and see if they will make a new one for you to try. I never leave reviews, but I came here looking for a trustworthy concealer for my red skin. Faith helped me more than I ever expected to be helped. She’s a gem, and I’d trust her with all of my beauty advice needs! She does brows here as well, and I can’t wait to come back and get them done by her. Absolutely amazing service.
