My experience happened during a recent salon appointment, and it involved someone who appeared to be in a higher-level position within the company. I cannot recommend Lynn enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. I came in thinking I knew exactly how I wanted my hair done, but Lynn took the time to listen, offer her expert advice, and guide me toward an option that ended up being even better than I imagined. I came in for a full highlight and had the best experience with Rochelle! She called me before my appointment to check on my hair length and my requirements and adjusted the timing accordingly, that was very thoughtful of her. Throughout the whole appointment she was very friendly and sweet. I came in with reference pictures, and she nailed the color and style exactly. My highlights turned out absolutely amazing. You can tell she is really talented. I highly recommend booking with Rochelle, you won’t be disappointed!
Do not go to this Ulta location. Horrible customer service and blatant disrespect/stonewalling from the customer representatives have soured my taste for this Ulta location. I placed an order online for pick up and sent my little sister to this location to pick it up because I am currently on bed rest.
