I didn’t appreciate the customer service at this location. Is it that the employees don’t like working here or they genuinely are just rude and off putting to guests. I asked a ln employee for help and she had an attitude about it… like clock out and go home
I recently visited this location 2 days ago and the upon walking in the store was unclean and reeked of body odor. I tried asking 2 employees if there was more stock of an item and they had the worst attitude and it was clear they had no interest in helping me in addition to giving me the most rude facial expressions ever. I scheduled an online appointment for a brow wax at the Benefit Brow Bar. I checked in and waited about 20 minutes before being told there was a schedule mix‑up; the brow tech was ‘unaware’ I was on the books. I waited another 10 minutes, and once I finally sat in the chair, I was told the technician I was booked with doesn’t even do brow waxes. At that point I left without receiving the service. Although this review is for this location, it is not directed at the store employees or salon staff themselves. My experience happened during a recent salon appointment, and it involved someone who appeared to be in a higher-level position within the company.
