Krystal at the Benefit Brow Bar is AWESOME! Uber helpful, professional, and thorough. When the store first opened, I had heard good things about her magical unicorn fingers and brows. I had previously had a horrid threading experience in Albany and was terrified of having someone wreck my current disastrous grown out eyebrows. Krystal put all my worries at ease! Krystal at the Brow Bar is awesome...what a great find! Just happened in the store and she was available. Good eyeliner tip as well. Now I don't have to travel to Anastasia at Portland Nordstroms anymore...yeah!
So happy an ULTA opened up! Everyone is so friendly and eager to help. They have a great selection of products and the staff knows their stuff! The benefit brow bar girl is extremely nice and did exactly what I wanted. She helped me with some make up troubles I was having. I haven't had the opportunity to try out the salon but everyone looks great and very sweet. If you haven't been there or maybe a bad experience- go! Worst Ulta EVER! I have been going to ulta for about 5 years in Portland and Keizer. When I moved to Corvallis I was disappointment that there wasn't one near by, when they opened up the store I was excited and expected great treatment just like in my previous experience! I will never step in that store again! Had multiple problems with the brow wax girl, nail salon and mangers.
