Purchased a Tarte concealer and the store did not honor the free gift with Tarte purchase as advertised
I wish I could rate this higher, I love Ulta but this location had two employees blatantly hawking me the whole time. I get that shrinkage is a problem but expecting people to drop the kind of cash they do to be treated like a criminal is disrespectful. On top of that, they didn’t have any of the complimentary brushes being advertised - they should take down the signs if they don’t have them. Deceptive, but treat you like a thief as they take your $400.
My granddaughters love this store. Always a bargain or two waiting to be found.
