Awful awful store. IF YOU ARE A WHEELCHAIR USER, STAY AWAY First, the "ramp" out front has a lip on it that caused a modern power chair to tip back. This is outside of the stores control, so lets talk about once you get inside: They have put up these temporary shelves up and down the main aisle, which has increased the amount of product they have on display. I Just left the Owings Mills location. I needed more solution for my recent ear piercing with Ulta. They don't sell the solution. Chelsea made my experience great by making sure that I got more. I would definitely recommend this location. Quality staff!!

Antwan is AMAZING! I was at the register with my daughter checking out. He said “do you have an umbrella?” I looked outside to see in that short amount of time we were in the store that it started pouring raining. Antwan walked me and my daughter outside to my car with his umbrella. That was so nice of him!! Such a kind hearted person!! Thank you so much Antwan!!
