Love this place
I saw some of the negative reviews before visiting, but my experience was nothing but positive. Jennifer was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed to know everything about the products. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable.!
The cashier asked me for my ID to redeem my points once it was over a certain dollar amount, which honestly makes no sense because they never ask for ID when I’m spending hundreds on products. Definitely should be a better policy — not everyone walks around carrying their ID everywhere. It made the redemption process unnecessarily frustrating and inconvenient. One word…. Chaotic
walked around for 15 minutes. was originally greeted when I entered, which was great. But then no one spoke to me the entire time I was there. unfortunately, the girls behind the counter did seem really nice but seemed more interested in talking to each other when they weren’t busy scanning people out.
