Great products, terrible customer service. Cashiers aren't kind at all, ladies spend to much money in this store to deal with mean girls. Imani and Jessica have bad vibes, not spending my money here ever again. 2 different occasions, same terrible service. No thanks.
Justice at Ulta Beauty was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and helpful, and managed to assist me in such a short amount of time without ever making me feel rushed. I loved her personality and positive energy—it honestly made my whole visit better. This was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience, and I hope to get help from her again!
Came in on Christmas Eve with my son for a last-minute Christmas gift for my mom. The associates on the floor were extremely helpful but when I got to the cashier, that was another thing, I had my autistic six-year-old with me so I had to make sure that he was OK and wasn’t trying to run out the door in the perfume in my head in my hand was snatched from my chest by the cashier. Her attitude was extremely nasty and unprofessional do better.
