Wonderful, amazing all the time
Super nice staff, clean store
Reisterstown Ulta Store was too tight to get through the isles Anyone with mobility issues would have never been able to shop. Music was too loud and not playing appropriate store music. Sounded like we were in a Baltimore Club just hanging out and having fun. Only one store associate asked if I needed any assistance, while about 12 others walked past as if I wasn’t there. Store was not organized like other Ulta’s I’ve shopped in Very disappointing
This store allowed someone to fraudulently use my account/points with just my phone number. They also allowed a $294.67 credit card charge attempt that thankfully did not go through. However, they got to use my $36 reward points. No verification of identity, no seeing the physical card, nothing. Would not recommend shopping here or even at this point having your Ulta credit card attached to your ulta account. Especially if the only line of defense, is ID verification and they didn't do that.
