DO NOT GO TO THEIR BEAUTY SALON IF YOU WANT THEM TO RESPECT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME! I scheduled a hair treatment for 4:30pm and upon arrival my stylist wasn’t sure if she would be able to get me in after her two previous clients were hours past (over 2hrs) their allotted appointment time. When checking in she informed me come back later in the day to take me in and if her or another stylist can do my retwist. I went in to the salon for a wash and retwist appointment today and was given the absolute worst service. I had an appointment at 4:30, the stylist then told me to come an hour later because the clients before me were over an hour and half late. In my experience if you’re late then you should reschedule not still be taken. I agree to come back an hour later, only to wait for another hour in the salon. Booked a makeup appointment and showed up to find the person scheduled doesn't even do makeup. Really disappointing that the service is listed and bookable when they can't actually provide it — that should be made clear before someone drives over and rearranges their day. The one bright spot: another team member stepped in to help me, and I ended up not paying the $30 lesson fee. Grateful for her, but the scheduling needs serious work.
