This is my first time at Ulta! I had such an amazing experience, I was helped by Arnol! He greeted me as soon as I came into the door! He asked me if I needed anything and he showed me all the different techniques that can be done with the products. Me and my cousin had such an amazing time. I want to give credit where credit is do! Thank you so much! My prom pictures would’ve never came out the way it did without him!
I don't go to this Ulta often, but the service was unmatched. Me and my friends were shocked by how knowledgeable and welcoming Arnol is to EVERYONE. Not only did he recommend perfect skin care and make up for me. Despite it being busy in the store, he never made me feel rushed or ignored. I went in there with no expectations of being able to find what I needed, but I was able to find everything and more. The advice Arnol gave was so helpful. This will forever be my favorite Ulta, I will use this products for ever
First of all, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment the stylist was doing another lady. So waited. The stylist did an awful job on my hair, she didn’t completely wash ALL the color out of my, she over charged me. A day after the visit I felt my scalp and the hair dye was still on scalp. So I had to wash it out. I WILL NEVER EVER go there again. And I paid for a so called expert. Beware.
Plenty of options for makeup and staff are very friendly and accommodating
