My hair is ruined. I don’t suggest going to Carly. I wanted layers I got a straight chop. I feel so ugly. No refund was offered , I was only offered to have the same girl cut more. I’m so sad :/
Absolute worst experience I've ever had as far as employees go. The products are great, too bad you can't say the same about the employees. Didn't get anybody to help us all they did was follow us around in that uncomfortable way and when I finally decided what I wanted they were super unfriendly at the checkout not a smile nothing I will never go there again and I will never recommend it to anybody I've never felt so judged and belittled in my life
Ulta is the only place I go to get my brows done! Not just this location either everyone I have been to gets it right. The ladies working at this location were top notch!!! Helped me color match moisturizer! Great job to your team at this location...made me feel valued and special!!! Thanks Ulta Beauty!!!
Jesus helped me today to find the sacheu lip liners and he went above and beyond! It was a very pleasant shopping experience !
